Course Tutor
SAME RPS, a UK-based Research and Training service, and the Department of Health are pioneering an ongoing healthcare empowerment initiative in Pakistan, aimed at upskilling healthcare professionals and enhancing their leadership capabilities, in line with international benchmarks.
SAME RPS is seeking dedicated Course Tutors to deliver high-quality education and support for the training sessions. This program is certified by the CPD Certification Service, with quality oversight from the University of Chester, which provides a certificate of attendance.
The curriculum is pre-approved by the CPD Certification Service and is structured around a comprehensive course outline. While some day-to-day variations may occur, materials are pre-prepared and include a range of interactive activities supported by online tutor input.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate active learning through engaging instructional activities. Use diverse teaching methodologies to address varying learning styles and academic needs.
- Deliver course materials as outlined and provide constructive feedback to the training lead to support continuous improvement.
- Guide students in completing assignments and offer in-class feedback on their progress.
- Provide academic assistance and respond to student inquiries. Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Collaborate with online tutors to facilitate sessions. Participate in meetings and contribute to program development with the training lead and co-tutors.
- Stay updated on subject matter advancements, teaching resources, and methodologies. Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practices.

Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree or higher is preferred.
Experience
Previous teaching or tutoring experience is highly desirable.

Working Conditions
