SAME RPS (South Asia Middle East Research and Planning Services) is a UK-based, CPD-certified research organization, specializing in the coordination, development, and training of healthcare workers, specifically doctors, nurses, and paramedics.

The organization was launched in the midst of the Covid-19 outbreak, and helped healthcare authorities in Pakistan navigate and tackle the pandemic crisis. SAME RPS assisted the NDMA (National Disaster Management Authority) and NCOC (National Command and Operation Centre) through the procurement of Coronavirus testing kits, medical equipment, surgical masks, and ventilators.

SAME RPS’ partnership with Pakistan’s central Disaster Management agencies empowered the expansion of their mission, from Resource Procurement and Crisis Response, to the Research, Development, and Training of healthcare professionals in the region.

Aimed at Future-Proofing Contingency Planning, and Risk Mitigation, SAME RPS partnered with several organizations (see below), including most recently the University of Chester, Pakistan Armed Forces Nursing Service (Islamabad), and Health Department (KPK), to deliver CPD-certified leadership training, empowering healthcare professionals in Pakistan to elevate their patient care and establish new standards of excellence in crisis management, in line with international benchmarks.
